Voip-Pal.com Inc. Receives New Patent Allowance for its 17th Overall U.S. Patent

The newly allowed patent is the 6th child patent for the Company’s RBR parent patent


BELLEVUE, Wash., Oct. 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Voip-Pal.com Inc. (“Voip-Pal”, “Company”) (OTCQB:VPLM) is pleased to announce receipt of a Notice of Allowance from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for the its “Allocating Charges for Communications Services,” patent, application No.  14/325,181.  This is Voip-Pal’s sixth continuation for its “Producing Routing Messages for Voice Over IP Communications.” (RBR) patent and its seventeenth U.S. patent overall.

This patent allows the metering of time usage for internet telephony which is now becoming the dominant form of telephone and messaging communications. Our patent process began in 2006 and has so far yielded us a total of 17 patents in the United States.”

Additionally, the Company announced former Chairman and CEO, Dr. Thomas Sawyer, who over the past months has authored several letters directed to various government appointed and elected officials, including judges and directors at the USPTO, has authored another letter he has sent to the same recipients.
