Michael Hallén leaves Fingerprint Cards' Board

Michael Hallén, member of the board, has announced that he as per today resigns from Fingerprint Cards' board at his own request, after having notified the Chairman of the Board Jan Wäreby as per normal procedures.

Michael Hallén has decided to resign due to an increasing heavy workload and changed working conditions where the operational duties have intensified. He is President and CEO of Vizrt Group AS and Chairman of the Board of Paxport AB.

"The Board of Directors' has highly appreciated Michael Hallén's valuable contribution during his time at Fingerprint Cards", says Jan Wäreby, Chairman of the Board.

The Board of Directors remains in full decision power despite Michael Hallén leaving. The Nomination Committee has not yet drafted a proposal for resolution at the 2018 AGM, concerning Members of the Board.
