Green House Data Acquires Ajubeo: National Provider of Cloud Hosting and Colocation Services Expands Infrastructure as a Service Offering to Denver

CHEYENNE, Wyo. and DENVER, Nov. 09, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Green House Data, a leader in cloud hosting, colocation, hybrid IT, and managed services today announced the acquisition of Ajubeo, a Denver-based provider of infrastructure as a service (IaaS), including public, private, and hybrid cloud products. The Ajubeo customer list includes a strong presence in the Rocky Mountain region, as well as well-known international brands.

“We are continuing to execute on our aggressive growth strategy through strategic acquisition as well as new logo growth,” said Green House Data President and CEO Shawn Mills. “We’re now even better positioned to serve the Denver and other Front Range companies with high-touch, customer-focused cloud solutions while adding another edge location option for our existing customers.”

Ajubeo was founded in 2011 by two technology industry veterans who saw a market opportunity to deliver cloud infrastructure to CIOs in large enterprise organizations. The company grew rapidly and expanded the customer portfolio across multiple geographies and industries.

“Legacy Ajubeo clients can expect improved customer experience, increased product variety, and more options for geographic resiliency and targeted service delivery,” said Green House Data Chief Information Officer Cortney Thompson. “In addition, our newly launched SpotLITE engagement for compliance and security-focused enterprises should add another layer of value.”

The acquisition is the second M&A activity this year for Green House Data, which expanded to Atlanta and Dallas after acquiring Cirracore in April of 2017. In May, the company announced a 16M credit facility financed by Post Road group and an equity raise.

Along with growth via acquisition, Green House Data has invested in new facilities, cloud deployments, and personnel to expand services throughout the United States. Founded in 2007, the company has increased its data center footprint from a single facility to over 100,000 square feet of white space in eleven facilities, with access to more than 250 carriers, service providers, and content providers in premier data centers and interconnection points across the country. All Green House Data offerings include a 100% Service Level Agreement and compliance standards such as HIPAA, SSAE 18 Type II, and PCI-DSS. The company also participates in EPA’s green power program and has been recognized in the Top 30 Tech & Telecom Green Power user list.

“We believe organizations who are headquartered or who want to be close to their customers in this region will find the Green House Data brand of high-touch, high-performance, sustainable cloud-computing very attractive,” said Mills. “Offering a right-sized IT environment and being focused on customer satisfaction has enabled our continuous growth, and I am thrilled to add an additional location in Denver.”
