MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA) has named Calabrio as the recipient of the 2017 Tekne Award in the analytics award category. Held November 15 at the Minneapolis Convention Center, the Tekne Awards honor companies and individuals who have played a significant role in developing new technologies that positively impact the lives and futures of people living around the world.

Calabrio, a leading provider of customer engagement and analytics software, is changing the way brands think about and interact with their contact centers, enhancing both the employee and customer experience as a result. Truly understanding the customer–and equipping agents with the insights needed to do so–leads to brand loyalty and success. “We're honored to be recognized for our innovation in customer engagement and analytics and are thrilled to receive our third Tekne Award,” said Tom Goodmanson, president and CEO at Calabrio. “Customer experience is now indisputably a top competitive differentiator; businesses can only be successful when they leverage voice-of-the-customer insights to drive improvements.
