Percy Street Capital Corporation Announces Resumption of Trading

OTTAWA, Dec. 12, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Percy Street Capital Corporation (“Percy Street” or the “Corporation”) (TSXV:PSC.P), a Capital Pool Company (“CPC”), announced today that trading of its shares will resume on December 15, 2017. Trading was halted voluntarily at the request of the Corporation pending an announcement of an agreement in principal with a target company to complete a Qualify Transaction and the execution of a letter of intent (the “LOI”). Prior to the announcement, however, the Corporation and the target agreed to terminate the LOI.

Percy Street will continue to pursue and evaluate other businesses and assets with a view to completing a qualifying transaction and will make further announcements with respect to these efforts as soon as practically possible.
