TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands, Jan. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Orca Exploration Group Inc. (TSX-V:ORC.A) (TSX-V:ORC.B) (“Orca” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend (the "Dividend") of $0.60 (Cdn) per Class A Common Voting Share of the Company ("Class A Shares") and $0.60 (Cdn) per Class B Subordinate Voting Share of the Company ("Class B Shares"). The Dividend will be payable on or about February 7, 2018 to holders of Class A Shares and Class B Shares of record on January 31, 2018.
