Solon Eiendom ASA - Primary insider notification

(Oslo, Norway, January 19, 2018)  Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Tore Aksel Voldberg (through his wholly owned company Skøien AS) has today bought 20.000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 20,949.

Following this transaction Tore Aksel Voldberg through Skøien AS holds 8 348 547 shares and through Dukat AS holds 3 396 453 for a total holding of 11 745 000 shares, equalling 21,972 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
