TORONTO, Feb. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fox River Resources Corporation (the "Company" or "Fox River") (CSE:FOX) is pleased to announce that is has entered into a binding agreement with an arm’s length third party to sell the 71 acres of land the Company owns in the City of Brandon, Manitoba for gross proceeds of $1,000,000 before transaction expenses. The agreement has been approved by the Company’s board of directors, and is not subject to any financing conditions. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in March of 2018.
