CALGARY, Alberta, Feb. 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CHAMPION BEAR RESOURCES LTD. (TSV:CBA) ("Champion Bear" or the "Company") has posted on the company website (www.championbear.com) it’s Initial Mineral Resource Estimation and Technical Report for the Plomp Farm Gold Deposit located approximately 20 kilometers west of Dryden, Ontario, Canada.  The previously announced Initial Mineral Resource Estimate was prepared by WSP Canada Inc. (“WSP”) Manager – Mining Todd McCracken, P.Geo., as the Qualified Person (“QP”), in accordance with the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (“CIM”) Definition Standards incorporated in National Instrument 43-101.  Mr. McCracken, who is an independent qualified person under NI43-101, has reviewed and approved the contents of this release.
