North Media A/S has Friday 23 February after close of business of the stock exchange received notice that Olav W. Hansen today directly and indirectly owns a total of 1,996,217 shares in North Media A/S, which is 9.95 % of the share capital and the voting rights.
Olav W. Hansen personally owns 427,506 shares, which is about 2,13 % of the share capital and voting rights. The remaining 1,568,711 shares, which is about 7.82 % of the share capital and voting rights are owned through the company Olav W. Hansen A/S which is controlled by Olav W. Hansen.
