Account Manager Takes Charge With Children’s Hospital Charity

COLUMBIA, SC, March 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Columbia’s own, Ryan Allen, stepped up to the plate this past February by launching a charity to give toys to the local children’s hospital. It has been a consistent part of the PalmState culture to give back to the community on a regular basis, and Allen has embraced that mindset from his first day on the team. Allen joined PalmState in the first week of February, has already earned a promotion into the account management role and has embraced the opportunity to give back to the community that he grew up in.

Ryan added, “I’ve always been an avid participant in charities. The fact that I don’t have to wait until I get off of work to be active in my community is something I haven’t had before and I plan to continue this in the months to come.”

Ryan is currently helping train some newly employed individuals on the team and plans to instill this mentality into them as well. Director of Operations, Andrew Barger, noted that “Ryan is a key component to our expedited growth here in Columbia and it is exciting to see someone so talented pass his skill set down to our new hires.” The expansion crew at PalmState has a goal to be involved in a community charity or activity at least once a month. The details for the March event will not yet be released, but it is definitely in the works!

We had a chance to question Ryan on some of his future goals in Columbia and with PalmState. Although his goals were many, there were two main categories that summarize where his focus is. Those two categories are charities and growth. Allen commented, “If I can keep giving and keep growing, I’m one hundred percent confident that the rest of PalmState’s success and my personal success will take care of themselves. I’m excited to keep developing the Columbia market and I know in this industry the sky is truly the limit!”

March is an exciting month for the newly launched Columbia market. With charities kicking off and promotions happening every month, the energy amongst the team is nothing short of contagious. PalmState continues to acquire new talent on a weekly basis and is ecstatic to be a part of the Columbia atmosphere. We’ve asked the team to check back in as soon as they can with their March progress and plans for April, and with so much momentum we have no doubt they’ll have some exciting news to share!
