THIN - Grant of Subscription Rights

The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 5 April 2018 to grant a total of 1,080,000 incentive subscription rights ("SRs") to 12 new employees of the company. The grant was made under Thinfilm's 2017 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at Thinfilm's Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2017.

The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 2.15 per share. The vesting schedule for the subscription rights is 25 per cent each year beginning one year from the Vesting Commencement date, 15 January 2018. The SRs expire on 5 May 2022. 

Following the grant there are 67,033,750 SRs outstanding in Thinfilm.
