BOLTON, Ontario, April 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Titanium Transportation Group Inc. ("Titanium" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:TTR), a leading provider of transportation and logistics services throughout North America, announces today that it has changed auditors to MNP LLP (“MNP”) from Williams & Partners Chartered Professional Accountants LLP (“W&P”). MNP has been ranked as the 5th largest accounting firm in Canada.
Effective April 6, 2018, the board of directors of the Company appointed MNP as the Company’s auditor until the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company. At the request of the Company, W&P resigned as auditors of the Company effective April 6, 2018.

In accordance with National Instrument 51-102 ("NI 51-102"), the Company has filed a Change of Auditor Notice ("Notice") on SEDAR together with letters from both MNP and W&P, with each letter confirming that it is in agreement with the statements contained in the Notice, as applicable. There were no reportable events as defined in NI 51-102 between W&P and the Company.
