The company informs that the Board approved the Company’s Consolidated Annual Report for the year 2017 and approved the audited consolidated and separate financial statements of the Company for the year 2017, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards audited by the audit company PricewaterhouseCoopers and the draft of profit (loss) allocation for the year 2017. The Company submits these documents to the Supervisory Board and to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
It is proposed that the share of the Company's profit for the payment of dividends for the year 2017 will be 91,5 mln. EUR.
