Jennifer Wilga began her career in account management over 20 years ago. After 12 years, she was hired at CareerBuilder as a national account executive where she partnered with Fortune 500 accounts to expand into new markets and strengthen their employment brand. Wilga held many leadership roles at CareerBuilder, most notably as the vice president of SaaS Sales Strategy, where she was responsible for rolling out new software acquisitions, crafting sales messaging, and developing market growth tactics. Then, after three successful years as chief revenue officer at MediaRadar Inc., Wilga was brought onto Phenom People as vice president of Client Strategy.

Wilga’s role will be heavily involved in growing relationships with existing clients and maintaining executive level relationships to ensure an alignment with their strategy. She will build out the account management team and ensure sales enablement by streamlining the sales process and implementing a scalable method to support the company’s growth.
