In this role, Licausi will oversee the operations of the central region of TCN Worldwide within the United States, serve as an advisor to the member firms located in his region, as well as act as a liaison with TCN Worldwide corporate headquarters.

Paul Licausi, President of LS Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide is an experienced commercial real estate professional. He has been active in the industry for over 30 years. Paul founded LS Commercial Real Estate with a focus on brokerage, management, and development of commercial properties. He has completed numerous sale and lease transactions throughout his career and has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to represent a large client base on project assignments throughout the United States. He is an experienced developer, having developed over 5,000,000 square feet of commercial property nationally, with an aggregate value in excess of $175,000,000. Additionally, he has structured the acquisition of over 1,500,000 square feet of commercial property which is part of LS Commercial Real Estate managed portfolio.
Paul, in addition to his role as President of LS Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide, is also President of LS Construction Services, Inc. which is a full-service General Contractor. Further, Paul is active in a wide variety of organizations including serving on the Board of Directors for Kansas City SmartPort and Southwest Johnson County Economic Development. He is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), NAIOP Forum Development Group Board, Kansas City Area Development Council, the Commercial Real Estate Council as well as several community non-profit and charitable organizations. Paul is also a member of the Midwest Real Estate Hall of Fame and a contributing editor to several trade publications.
