HERSHEY, Pa., May 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Hershey Company (NYSE:HSY) announced today that it is offering (the “Notes Offering”) to sell notes due 2020, notes due 2021 and notes due 2023 in a public offering. The Hershey Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Notes Offering to repay a portion of the commercial paper it issued to fund its acquisition of Amplify Snack Brands, Inc. and pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.
