The Annual General Meeting of Polarcus Limited ("Polarcus" or the "Company") (OSE: PLCS) was held today at the offices of Polarcus DMCC, Almas Tower, Level 32, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, U.A.E.
The Annual General Meeting resolved to approve all matters as proposed in the Notice dated 19 April 2018.
