At the Annual General Meeting on Thursday May 17, it was decided to further strengthen the Board of Directors with Jan Lundblad.
Jan Lundblad has long and wide experience from running retail, banking and payment solutions in Sweden and internationally. Experience includes management, business development and “turn-around”, along with English and American Private Equity companies. Early in his career, he joined and developed Synoptik in Sweden. After that, he has been Sales Director of GE Money Bank AB and Managing Director of Payzone Nordic AB, which Jan sold to Nets A/S. Then he was CEO of Digital River World Payments AB, a global online payment processor with customers like Klarna, Airbnb and Spotify. Jan has for some years been working as an adviser in business and strategy development.
