DURHAM, N.C., May 24, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Prescient, a fully integrated BIM design and building platform that dramatically reduces the time and cost of constructing multi-unit housing using a proprietary modular construction system, today announced the completion of The Apartment Homes at Kelmscott Park, a premier luxury community in Lake Forest, Illinois.
Located steps from downtown Lake Forest, The Apartment Homes at Kelmscott Park boasts 160,383 square feet spread across three buildings, featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Residents have begun to move in and the complex is still accepting applications from prospective occupants. Each unit features open floor plans with condo-quality finishes that will overlook private gardens and parks designed and implemented by Mariani Landscape.
Prescient was commissioned for the project by Focus Development, a Chicago-based firm that specializes in multifamily and mixed-use projects, and worked alongside the Chicago-based architectural firm, Booth Hansen, and Focus Construction, the construction arm of Focus Development.
