(Oslo, Norway, May 25, 2018) Solon Eiendom ASA Board Member Tore Aksel Voldberg (through his wholly owned company Dukat AS) has today bought 30.000 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 28.7105.
Following this transaction Tore Aksel Voldberg through Skøien AS holds 8 393 547 shares and through Dukat AS holds 3 426 453 for a total holding of 11 820 000 shares, equalling 21,059 % of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
