Announcement by Heirs of Late Valerijs Maligins
JSC Olainfarm hereby informs that it has received the folowing announcement from heirs of Valerijs Maligins.
Mutually Acceptable Agreement is Reached About Distribution of Inheritance of Valerijs Maligins.
Irina Maligina and Nika Saveljeva, daughters of Valerijs Maligins and his widow Elina Maligina have agreed about mutually acceptable conditions that will allow to renew the inheritance process without further obstacles.
The conditions of the agreement are confidential and all disputes related to the inheritance are solved.

Certainty based on united understanding is the main precondition for stable operations of the company.
