In this position, Mr. Bliss will focus on developing strong working relationships, providing unsurpassed day-to-day management services, enhancing customer service, and building upon Kramer-Triad’s passion for serving each client and resident.
Mr. Bliss has more than 47 years of community association management experience with 35 years as a valued member of the Associa family. He began his career with Kramer-Triad where he held several positions including manager of maintenance operations and licensed community association manager. He has continued to expand his role with Associa, serving as president for several Associa branches located in Arizona, Michigan, Florida, South Carolina and Georgia.
