Austin, Texas, July 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Campus Advantage®, a leader in student housing, providing property management, consulting, acquisitions, and development services, today announced the promotion of Jennifer Cassidy to Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer. In this new role, Cassidy will manage Campus Advantage’s Operations group alongside Scott Duckett, and will be directly responsible for managing all joint venture relationships as well as Management Information Systems, Leasing and Marketing, and Facilities.
Cassidy joined the Campus Advantage team in 2006, and throughout her many roles within the Operations team, has proven to be a highly-regarded leader in the organization. She most recently led the Asset Management team, where she worked in conjunction with the Investments group and Operations team to bridge the gaps between the property underwriting strategy and on-site execution.
