Sdiptech acquires Rogaland Industri Automasjon AS
As of today, Sdiptech acquired all shares in Rogaland Industri Automation AS, including 51 percent of the shares in the subsidiary Agder Industri-Automasjon AS (together "RIA").

RIA was founded in 1990 and specializes in automation systems for water and wastewater treatment and extends the Sdiptech Group's offer within the water segment.

RIA's operations consist of the development and installation of customized control and regulating systems for water and sewage plants, and customers are found primarily in municipalities and industry. The company generates annual net revenue of approximately 40 MNOK and an operating profit of approximately 7 MNOK.
