Preferred Bank to Join S&P Smallcap 600 Effective July 6th


LOS ANGELES, July 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Preferred Bank (NASDAQ:PFBC), an independent commercial bank focusing on the diversified California market, today announced that it will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600® GICS Regional Banks Sub-Industry index effective at the opening of trading on Friday, July 6, 2018.  The S&P SmallCap 600 measures the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity market, tracking companies that meet specific inclusion criteria to ensure that they are liquid and financially viable.
