DUBUQUE, Iowa, July 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ:HTLF), announced that Aaron Skrocki has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Loan Operations.

Mr. Skrocki joined Heartland in 2014 as VP, Director of Process Improvement. He was promoted to SVP, Director of Process Improvement in 2017. Prior to joining Heartland, he lived in Michigan, where he was a General Manager overseeing five companies for a global auto parts manufacturer.

Mr. Skrocki has proven experience in strategic planning and process improvement. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalamazoo College where he double majored in Political Science and Latin American Studies; was a Fulbright Scholar at La Universidad de Los Andes, and went on to receive his Master of Public Policy and Master of Business Administration degrees, both from the University of Michigan. Mr. Skrocki resides in Dubuque, Iowa, with his wife and 2 children.
