OTCMarkets:DATI Changes Name from Digital Arts Media Network to Digital Asset Monetary Network Signifying Its Ability to Facilitate Growth Transactions for Startups, Development Stage Companies And Angels While Assisting Everyday People to Invest – All Within A Digital Environment

NEW YORK, July 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Digital Arts Media Network, Inc. (OTCMKTS:DATI), a specialized tech accelerator leveraging the Public Accelerator-Incubator (PAI) model, announced today that DATI has changed its corporate name from Digital Arts Media Network, Inc. to Digital Asset Monetary Network, Inc., effective July 24th, 2018.

“DATI has increased the size of its footprint and the scope of its capabilities through strategic acquisitions and formed alliances with organizations that support the development and core mantra of the company’s business model,” said, Ajene Watson, CEO of Digital Arts Media Network (now, Digital Asset Monetary Network).

“These relationships have contemporaneously established an ecosystem that can seamlessly take startups and investors, of all socio-economic backgrounds, through a series of regulatory acceptable, capital and business development practices and processes.  These regulatory accepted methods can help high-valued startups grow quickly while providing both accredited and non-accredited investors alike, access to asset appreciation, revenue share, and early liquidity.”

Management strongly believes that the Digital Asset Monetary Network name, is a more accurate representation of work that the Company does today.  Through its acquisitions and formed alliances, DATI is now leveraging Regulation CF (crowd funding), Regulation. A+ and Crypto Assets; combining them into a unified and fluid process, all within DATI’s digital platform.  The best part is that “every aspect of the network legally provides global investment access opportunities to everyday people,” continued Watson.

“It was important that our brand speaks prominently to the work we do in creating a prosperous and synergistic relationship between innovative startups and anyone who wishes to participate in the next future potential billion-dollar company.  So, changing our name is a firm and unwavering commitment to support the rapid growth and capital formation of high-valued early-stage investment opportunities that is accessible by all investors.”

While the Company’s name is changing to Digital Asset Monetary Network (“DigitalAMN”), the Company’s CUSIP and stock ticker symbol (OTCMKTS:DATI) will remain the same.  Additionally, over the next 3 to 5 business days, most, if not all logos, social media platforms and corporate websites will be adjusted to reflect the name change from Digital Arts Media Network to Digital Asset Monetary Network.
