Workoft was among the select companies that Forrester invited to participate in its Wave evaluation,  based on 26 criteria including current offering, strategy and market presence. Cited as one of the 15 most significant omnichannel functional test automation (OFTA) providers, Worksoft received the highest score possible in the packaged application testing criteria.

Forrester states in the report that “Worksoft aims to be the go-to for DevOps packaged application testing,” and that “Worksoft has excellent integration with more than 150 different types and releases of packaged application platforms.” The report asserts, “For clients that want continuous testing for enterprise business applications on SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other packaged apps, Worksoft is a good choice.”

This year’s “key differentiators in OFTA” are noted by Forrester as “functional design automation, breadth of technologies, testing personas, and shifting left and right testing in continuous delivery.” In its assessment, Forrester writes, “Worksoft’s strategy targets prospects that are adopting a continuous delivery and DevOps approach in concert with packaged apps.”
