Dallas, TX, Aug. 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Associa, the industry’s largest community management company, announces the promotion of Shannon Streenz to senior vice president of client service operations in Richardson, Texas.
Mr. Streenz has been a valued member of the Associa team for more than two years, where he has led client accounting for Associa’s North American association portfolio, including accounts payable, billing, data management and accounts receivable. He has also supervised the resale, delinquency, and treasury departments, managing several hundred associates in total, including over a hundred industry accountants. Prior to joining Associa, Mr. Streenz had more than 16 years of accounting and operations experience and held several leadership positions focusing on defining and implementing KPIs, standardization of scalable operating best practices and employee engagement programming. He also led operational teams in Southern California, Texas, and Arizona.
In his new position, Mr. Streenz will continue to oversee the client shared services center (CSSC) operations and increase focus on improvements and scalable technology-enabled solutions to grow production and quality. In addition to managing the CSSC, Mr. Streenz will be responsible for the operations of Community Archives, where he will concentrate on regulatory compliance, system re-design, and the centralization of operations.

Mr. Streenz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas and an active member in his community.
