A Transportation Management Plan (TMP) is a site-specific plan of Transportation Demand Management (TDM) strategies to encourage residents and employees to take public transportation, walk, bike or share a ride instead of driving alone.
Potomac Yard is a rapidly developing 300-acre, mixed-use community intersecting both Arlington County and the City of Alexandria in Virginia. Potomac Yard boosts 2.5 million square feet of office space and 188,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, which includes the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Harris Teeter, and 1,600 new residential units.
