SELIGSON & CO OMX HELSINKI 25 EXCHANGE TRADED FUND UCITS ETF: MANAGING COMPANY REORGANISATION AND NEW BOARD; SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT OF THE FUND PUBLISHED
As previously communicated, the managing company of Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange Traded Fund UCITS ETF, Seligson & Co Fund Management Company Plc, acquires its hitherto parent company Seligson & Co Plc on 31 August 2018. The arrangement simplifies the structure of the Seligson & Co group and streamlines its administration.
The change does not affect the Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange Traded Fund UCITS ETF or the fund’s unit holders.
The following members were elected to the board of Seligson & Co Fund Management Company Plc at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 30 August 2018: Jarkko Niemi, Anders Oldenburg, Peter Seligson, and Petri Rutanen. Samu Anttila, Juha Malm, and Mikko Vasko were elected to the board of the company the same day by the Delegation of Shareholders.
Further, the semi-annual report 30 June 2018 of Seligson & Co OMX Helsinki 25 Exchange Traded Fund UCITS has been published. The report is available (in Finnish) at www.seligson.fi/omxh25/english as well as enclosed with this notice.
