Zugata will be showcasing these new capabilities next week at HR Tech in its booth 3139.

Zugata, recently recognized in the "Cool Vendors in the Human Capital Management Applying AI”1 report by Gartner, Inc., enables companies to build and sustain high-performance cultures by leveraging a robust performance management system that uses continuous feedback and personalized resources to help employees develop along with a research-based framework to objectively evaluate them. In addition, AI-powered Zugata Insights measures gender bias and company culture to empower organizations to provide an environment that is conducive for high performance.

“Driving a culture of feedback and objective evaluations for our large, global team requires the right partner who can support our growing needs for localization, flexibility, and reporting,” said Hannah Matta, Head of Talent, Learning & Culture at Careem, the leading ride hailing app in MENA, Turkey, and Pakistan. “Working with Zugata has proven to be the right fit, and we’re excited to continue seeing enterprise-ready capabilities that will enable us to create a high-performance culture at Careem.”

The new features rolled out include:

  • Extensive Customization: Zugata now offers extensive customization capabilities to allow customers to configure the system to meet their needs. Customization capabilities include:
    • User Interface Customization: Administrators can turn off features that are not used to reduce employee confusion.
    • Self Reflection and Performance Review Customization: Administrators can now choose between optional and required open-ended, rating-scale, and multiple-choice question types when creating various components of performance review or self reflection cycles.
    • Support for calibrations: With the new Calibration Views, administrators can now create a filtered list of employees who will be calibrated and are able to share details of that group with the calibration committee. No more printing reviews and peer feedback.
    • Smart recommendations for 360 Feedback: In addition to configuring different sets of questions for individual contributions and managers, Zugata uses data to make smart recommendations on whom to ask for peer feedback.
  • Enhanced Reporting: Zugata’s new reporting engine allows administrators to track usage and progress across multiple dimensions.
    • Goals: Administrators can now track goals usage and achievement across the entire company or drill down to individual departments, teams, or even to the individual level.
    • Self Reflections and Performance Reviews: Administrators can now view completion rates and ratings distributions across different departments and teams.
    • Continuous Feedback: In addition to viewing usage metrics across the whole company or department or individual team level, administrators can now track quality of feedback across the organization. Feedback can be rated as timely, actionable and specific.
  • Comprehensive APIs and HRIS Integrations: To allow companies to integrate with existing systems, Zugata now offers comprehensive Restful APIs for major features in the product. In addition, Zugata now offers out-of-the-box integration with leading HRIS products including Oracle HCM, BambooHR, and Paylocity so employee information is synchronized between the systems. Further, Zugata offers Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and browser plugins so users can access important information and be able to provide feedback without leaving their workflow.
  • Localization: Zugata is localized to French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian. Other languages will be added on an as-needed basis to support customer needs.

"As larger enterprise customers revamp their performance review processes, they are critical requirements that need to be met to be a viable solution for them," said Srinivas Krishnamurti, co-founder and CEO of Zugata. "With extensive customization and reporting capabilities combined with critical integrations and open APIs and support for multiple languages, Zugata is enabling these large multinational companies to deploy a user-friendly, scalable and enterprise-ready platform.
