NEW YORK, Sept. 05, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- I-AM Capital Acquisition Company (NASDAQ:IAM) ("I-AM Capital" or the "Company"), announced today that the special meeting in lieu of an annual meeting of its stockholders that was scheduled for September 7, 2018 (the “special meeting”), has been postponed to a to-be-determined later date because the Company’s recently filed Registration Statement on Form S-1 is still undergoing a customary review by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).  Once the SEC has completed its review, a notice setting forth the exact date, time and location of the rescheduled special meeting will be mailed to stockholders of the Company.
