The Board of Directors of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” declares that according to the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District court’s decision from August 02nd, 2018 AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” within a set deadline submitted the legal protection proceedings measures plan to the court for its approval.
With the decision of the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District Court from August 31st, 2018 Sandra Velhovika was appointed as the administrator of the legal protection proceedings to ensure its supervision and it was set a deadline until September 17th, 2018 to submit the conclusion on the legal protection proceedings measures plan of AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava”.
