New integrated payment and credit solution for Decisiv’s Service Relationship Management System


GLEN ALLEN, Va. and OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Sept. 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Decisiv, Inc., the industry leader in Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions and MSTS, a global B2B payment and credit solutions provider, announced today a partnership and integration strategy to provide an end-to-end connected customer experience for the management of a fleet’s service and repairs.   

The partnership allows Decisiv to leverage MSTS’ Credit as a Service (CaaS) technology for its SRM Platform to digitally manage estimate approvals and payments. “The combined solution will streamline the management of service and repair events from the moment the equipment enters a facility through completed repair to invoice, creating a more satisfying customer experience,” said Mark Wasilko, Decisiv VP of Marketing & Partnerships. “Together we have enhanced the value of the seamless experience the Decisiv SRM platform already delivers to dealers and service providers.”

The integration between the systems will further streamline the service process. At the beginning of the service event, the system queries to validate credit and parts pricing for national accounts.  At the end of the service event, the interface enables payment approval for estimates and automatically validates work performed against invoices.  This seamless process results in decreasing billing errors and eliminating the manual task of matching estimates and invoices. After final authorization, invoices are processed for settlement.
