Correction: corrected contact person data. The contacts of ex-member of the Board S.Lapiņs are replaced by the current Board member of JSC Olainfarm Inga Krūkle. An error occurred due to the usage of the timer for the posting of the news that was prepared earlier, in June, when S.Lapiņs was acting Board Member of JSC Olainfarm.
JSC Olainfarm (OLF1R, ISIN code LV0000100501) will close the list of shareholders for dividend payment on October 3, 2018 at the end of the working day of the Nasdaq CSD Latvian Settlement System.
Proceeding from the above, the ex-date is October 2, 2018. From that date the new owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends for the year 2017.
JSC Olainfarm will pay dividend 0.11 EUR per share on October 4, 2018.
