Secure Technology Alliance Invites Speaking Proposals for 2019 Payments Summit

12th annual Summit to cover strategies for implementing new payments technologies

PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J., Oct. 11, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Secure Technology Alliance invites experts on new payments technology and innovations to submit a speaking proposal for the 2019 Payments Summit. The event will dive into strategies for implementing trending or new payments technologies such as EMV chip technology, faster and secure remote payments, mobile wallets, IoT or wearable payments, contactless payments and open transit payments.

The 12th Annual Payments Summit will be held jointly with the U.S. Payments Forum Member Meeting March 11-14, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix, Arizona. Speaking submissions will be accepted through December 1, 2018. For information on becoming a speaker, visit https://www.stapayments.com/call-for-speakers/.

The conference program advisory committee is looking for vendor-neutral, educational presentations that focus on the use of payments technologies and alternative payments solutions and innovations that fall into one of the following categories:

  • EMV, Mobile Payment and Digital Payments
  • Faster Payment and Secure Remote Payment Strategies
  • Open-loop Payments for Transit
  • Payments Devices: Cards, Mobile, POS, IoT, Wearables, and Connected Cars
  • FinTech Payment Technologies, Blockchain, and Digital Currencies

“The payments industry is rapidly changing, and there have been significant developments across the ecosystem over the past year,” said Randy Vanderhoof, executive director of the Secure Technology Alliance. “The Payments Summit is a great opportunity for thought leaders to share their insights and collaborate with peers on how to best take advantage of these opportunities and create an enhanced and more secure payment experience in the U.S.”

The program committee favors end-user perspectives and presenters, and vendor-neutral educational presentations that focus on the real-life applications of payment technologies and systems. Topics which focus on a particular company or company marketed solution will not be considered. Early submission is encouraged as conference programming will begin in advance of the deadline.

Sponsor and Exhibit to a Receptive Audience of Decision-makers
This highly-focused event also provides unique promotional opportunities for companies in the payments industries to showcase their products and services.
