Mary Josephs, Founder and CEO of Verit Advisors will be a panelist on “Negotiating Protections for the ESOP and Seller Related to Subsequent Events” on Friday, November 9, 2085 at 10:30AM. The panel will discuss post-transaction seller protections and how the trustee can protect against the company’s potential financial underperformance.
