B Corp Brands Ben & Jerry’s, Danone, Seventh Generation and More Band Together to Launch First Marketing Campaign

Top Business Leaders Join Forces to Show Consumers How They Can Vote for What They Believe in with the ‘Vote Every Day’ Campaign

NEW YORK, Nov. 12, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today, Certified B Corporations—a global community of more than 2,600 companies that leverage the power of business to solve social and environmental problems—launched their first marketing campaign, “Vote Every Day.”

Inspired by the idea that people have the power to make their voices heard beyond the ballot box, the campaign encourages all people to vote for what they believe in when choosing what to purchase, where to work and which companies to do business with.

The launch of the campaign comes at a critical moment when voters have just finished casting their ballot in one of the most consequential midterm elections in history.

Anthea Kelsick, CMO of B Lab said: “Voting is one of the most important acts that we as citizens can do. And with this campaign we wanted to remind people that the ability to vote doesn't end at the ballot box. By supporting B Corps we're supporting business that are reducing inequality, lowering levels of poverty, designing a healthier environment, and creating more high-quality jobs with dignity and purpose. It’s up to each of us to think about our daily choices and vote every day.”

With the “Vote Every Day” campaign, developed by Fortnight Collective, people are able to support the causes that matter most to them. Certified B Corporation brands such as A to Z Wineworks, Ben & Jerry’s, Cabot Creamery, goodDog, Seventh Generation, and Sundial banded together to help shape the work. “Through our AdHack process, we were fortunate to collaborate with some of the most progressive leaders and brands in marketing including Cabot Creamery, Danone, Seventh Generation, and many more. We just simply brought to life what makes B Corps great.” said Andy Nathan, Founder/CEO of Fortnight Collective.
