Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved Oma Savings Bank Plc’s Finnish language listing prospectus

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has on 16 November 2018 approved Oma Savings Bank Plc’s (”OmaSp” or the ”Company”) Finnish language listing prospectus. The Finnish language listing prospectus is published in connection with the Company’s initial public offering (the “IPO”).

The Finnish language listing prospectus is available electronically on or about 19 November 2018 through the Company's website at www.omasp.fi/investors subsection “IPO” and through the website of Danske Bank A/S, Finland branch (“Danske Bank”) at www.danskebank.fi/issues. The Finnish language listing prospectus will be available as printed copy on or about 19 November 2018 at all branch offices of OmaSp, at the branch offices of Danske Bank in Finland and at the reception of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd at Fabianinkatu 14, FI-00100 Helsinki, Finland.

The subscription period for the IPO commences on 19 November 2018, at 10 a.m.
