Fanhua Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of US$0.25 per ADS for the Third Quarter of 2018


GUANGZHOU, China, Nov. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fanhua Inc. (“Fanhua” or “the Company”) (Nasdaq: FANH), a leading independent financial services provider in China, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.0125 per ordinary share, or US$0.25 per ADS for the third quarter of 2018, amounting to a total of US$16.0 million, on November 17, 2018. The dividend is payable on or around December 20, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 5, 2018.  

The Company will maintain its regular dividend policy unchanged, pursuant to which cash dividends will be paid on a quarterly basis, with payout ratio of no less than 50% of its net income attributable to shareholders.

The Company will release its unaudited financial results for the third quarter 2018 after the close of the U.S. financial markets on November 20, 2018 Eastern Standard Time (November 21, 2018 Beijing/Hong Kong Time).
