The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 11 December 2018 to grant a total of  280,000 incentive subscription rights ("SRs") to 4 new employees of the company. The grant was made under Thinfilm's 2018 Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at Thinfilm's Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2018.

The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 0.82 per share. The vesting schedule for the subscription rights is 25 per cent each year beginning one year from the Vesting Commencement date, 15 October 2018. The SRs expire on 3 May 2023. 

Following the grants there will be 96,612,432  subscription rights outstanding.
