Sage’s San Jose Based Sage Intacct Named One of the Best Places to Work in 2019 by Glassdoor

Sage Intacct Honored for Employee Satisfaction across Key Workplace Factors; Achieves Glassdoor Rating of 4.7 out of 5.0

ATLANTA, Dec. 19, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sage (FTSE: SGE), the market leader in cloud business management solutions, today announced that Sage Intacct won a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award that recognizes the Best Places to Work in 2019. Sage Intacct achieved a Glassdoor rating of 4.7 out of 5.0. The Employees’ Choice Awards program, now in its 11th year, is based solely on the input of colleagues, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments, and companies on Glassdoor, one of the world’s largest job and recruiting sites.

This recognition continues a long string of top workplace awards for Sage Intacct, which has always fostered a culture that works collaboratively, values creativity, encourages curiosity, and rewards colleagues who strive for excellence. Leading the organization is Rob Reid, who earlier this year was awarded a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award as one of the Top U.S. CEOs in 2018. Reid, now EVP and Managing Director of Sage Intacct, was CEO of Intacct prior to its acquisition by Sage in August of last year.

“At Sage Intacct, we have always understood that happy work colleagues lead to happy customers,” said Reid. “We treat our colleagues with respect, give them the tools to grow in their career, and provide rewards for positive performance. In turn, our colleagues have helped Sage Intacct achieve unmatched levels of customer satisfaction — consistently outpacing our competitors and achieving a current satisfaction rating of 98 out of 100 on user review site G2 Crowd. To make it onto the Glassdoor list of the Top 50 SMB companies across the United States based on feedback from our colleagues is an outstanding achievement that we take immense pride in.”

“In today’s tight labor market, job seekers are in the driver’s seat when it comes to deciding where to work and they want to know the inner workings of a company before accepting a new job. To help people find the best jobs and the best companies, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards recognize employers at the top of their game,” said Dr. Andrew Chamberlain, Glassdoor Chief Economist. “For employers, we know that a satisfied and engaged workforce helps drive financial performance. Glassdoor Best Places to Work winners are strategically investing in company culture, career growth opportunities and more, which also serves as a major recruiting advantage.”

Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work were determined using company reviews shared by U.S.-based employees between October 23, 2017 and October 21, 2018. To be considered for the small & medium category, a company must have fewer than 1,000 employees and have received at least 30 ratings across each of the eight workplace attributes from U.S.-based employees during the period of eligibility. The final list is compiled using Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, led by its Economic Research Team, and takes into account quantity, quality, and consistency of reviews.
