ClearCompany Launches Bi-Directional Connector for ADP Workforce Now

First Bi-Directional Data Connector provides a single foundational data record between Best-of-Breed Talent Suite and ADP®

BOSTON, Jan. 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ClearCompany today announced the availability of the ClearCompany Bi-Directional Connector for ADP Workforce Now®.  This is the first integration that automatically synchs employee data between the two platforms. As one of the most comprehensive talent management integrations available on ADP Marketplace, this new connector automatically aligns employee and organizational data stored in ClearCompany and ADP Workforce Now accounts to create an always up-to-date foundational data record to be used throughout both systems.

Through the bi-directional connector and single sign-on (SSO), ClearCompany and ADP Workforce Now work together as one powerful platform, allowing companies to use their existing ADP credentials to move between the systems seamlessly. It eliminates the need for multiple logins, manual data entry and maintains employee information on various platforms.

Andre Lavoie, co-founder, and CEO of ClearCompany shared, “The ClearCompany Bi-Directional Connector for ADP Workforce Now further expands the value we bring to our mutual clients by enabling ClearCompany to both send and receive data from ADP Workforce Now. Starting now, customers can choose to have ADP Workforce Now serve as their system of record which lets new customers enable ClearCompany for talent using their existing structure and data. This offers a clear advantage. Customers of ADP and ClearCompany can now leverage unified employee data to support payroll, HRIS and compensation planning and a full modern talent suite that includes recruiting, onboarding, goals planning, performance management and talent analytics.”

Sold exclusively through the ADP Marketplace, the bi-directional connector will ensure data accuracy, simplify payroll set up for new hires and provide analytics and insights that will save HR time and increase efficiency.

“ADP is always looking to create the best client experience – this includes bringing on the latest technology available and making it easily accessible to our customers,” said Craig Cohen, General Manager, ADP Marketplace. “Our collaboration with ClearCompany is an example of this commitment.”

ClearCompany first joined the ADP Marketplace in 2017 to help their mutual clients save time in the onboarding process and allow for candidate and new hire data to flow from ClearCompany to ADP. Earlier this year, ClearCompany introduced Advanced TalentTM, an offering on the ADP Marketplace for companies with 100 to 2,000 employees looking for a best-in-class all-in-one solution.
