In continuation of the convening to the Annual General Meeting of RTX, the nominated candidates for the Board of Directors of RTX are hereby announced.
All members of the Board elected at the General Meeting are nominated for election, and the Board of Directors proposes re-election of the following present members elected at the General Meeting:
Peter Thostrup, Jesper Mailind, Lars Christian Tofft and Christian Engsted.
Jens Hansen has announced that he does not candidate for re-election. The Board of Directors proposes election of Henrik Schimmell.

Accourding to company announcement no. 17/2018, RTX’s Annual General Meeting is held on Thursday 24th January 2019 at 3 pm at the company’s address Strømmen 6, Nørresundby.
