Christoph Bornschein Joins Deutsche Bank Subsidiary Supervisory Board

CEO of Omnicom Group’s Digital Strategy Consultancy is Appointed for Outstanding Digital Expertise and Knowledge


NEW YORK, Jan. 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Digital strategy consultancy TLGG announced today the appointment of CEO, Christoph Bornschein to the supervisory board of Deutsche Bank’s wholly owned subsidiary, DB Privat- und Firmenkundenbank AG, or DB Private and Corporate Bank. As Founder & CEO of TLGG, Bornschein was selected for his ability to contribute his advanced digital understanding to supporting the bank’s business and future success.

This is Borsnchein’s fifth appointment to an advisory board. He sits on the boards of other organizations including ING DiBa, 22CONNECT AG, KUBIKx, and Lufthansa Innovation Hub. The appointment marks a success for Bornschein in his career, as few advertisers are often appointed to the supervisory boards of major German companies.

The DB Private and Corporate Bank handles business with both private and corporate clients. The subsidiary formed six months ago as Deutsche Bank bundled its private and corporate client business, including Postbank in Germany, with wealth management. Based out of TLGG’s Berlin headquarters, Bornschein will continue to oversee the TLGG business while acting as a trusted advisor to the Deutsche Bank subsidiary.
