HM Dunn AeroSystem’s Apex Engineering Celebrates First KC-46 Tanker Delivery With Boeing


WICHITA, Kan., Jan. 24, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Leaders of HM Dunn AeroSystems Inc., a supplier of high quality complex aircraft parts and assemblies for the commercial aerospace and defense industry, attended The Boeing Company’s first delivery of the KC-46 Tanker to the U.S Air Force celebration in Seattle, WA.

HM Dunn’s APEX Engineering Division in Wichita, KS manufactures and assembles the KC-46 wing-tip refueling pod pylons.

“There is definitely a personal connection to this airplane,” said HM Dunn’s Chief Operating Officer Greg Valcoure, who also attended the delivery celebration.  “This program is important to our company and the greater Wichita and Kansas community given the first squadron to utilize the KC-46 will be stationed at McConnell Air Force Base in our home town."
