PALO ALTO, Calif., Feb. 28, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lanza techVentures today announced GN Audio (Jabra) signed an agreement to acquire its portfolio company Altia Systems® of Cupertino, Calif.
The agreement is expected to be finalized shortly.
Altia Systems is recognized as an innovative developer of premium video communications solutions utilizing digital multi-camera array technology marketed under the brand PanaCast. In announcing the acquisition, GN Audio noted that Altia Systems will enable GN Audio to expand into integrated audio and video communications solutions, supporting a company’s need for collaboration and meeting efficiency.
