At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Landsbankinn hf. on 6 March 2019 a decision was taken to postpone the Bank’s Annual General Meeting, which was to be held on Wednesday 20 March 2019, due to insufficient time to prepare final proposals for the meeting. It was decided to hold the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 4 April 2019. The meeting will be announced in accordance with law and the Bank’s Articles of Association.
